Membership Terms & Conditions

1. Membership Access
By subscribing to The Scent Layer’s Lounge™ (“S2L™”), you gain access to our private Facebook group, exclusive digital content, Zoom workshops, and related member benefits as described on the Membership Page.

2. Payments & Billing

Monthly memberships are billed automatically every 30 days until canceled.

Annual memberships are billed once per year.

Payments are processed securely through GoDaddy Payments (with Klarna, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and major credit cards).

By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges to your selected payment method.


3. Cancellations & Refunds

You may cancel your subscription at any time via your account dashboard or by contacting us directly.

Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing cycle; no partial refunds are provided.

Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are final and non-refundable once access is granted.


4. Member Responsibilities

Access to the private Facebook group is limited to active members only.

Sharing, distributing, or reselling S2L™ digital content outside of the Lounge is strictly prohibited.

Members are expected to participate respectfully in community spaces.


5. Intellectual Property
All digital content, guides, workshops, and resources provided by S2L™ are the exclusive property of The Scent Layer’s Lounge™. Content may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without written permission.

6. Modifications
S2L™ reserves the right to update membership benefits, pricing, or these Terms & Conditions at any time. Notice of changes will be provided via email or on our website.

Terms & Conditions for Digital Books

1. Digital Products
All books and guides offered by The Scent Layer’s Lounge™ (“S2L™”) are delivered in digital format (PDF or similar) and are accessible immediately after purchase via download link or email.

2. Payments

Payment is due in full at the time of purchase.

All transactions are processed securely through GoDaddy Payments (with Klarna, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and major credit cards).


3. Refunds & Exchanges

Due to the digital nature of these products, all sales are final.

Refunds, returns, or exchanges are not available once the product has been delivered.


4. License of Use

Purchasers are granted a single-user license for personal use only.

Copying, distributing, reselling, or sharing these digital products in any form is strictly prohibited.

Violation of these terms may result in termination of access and legal action.


5. Intellectual Property
All digital products, including text, design, and layout, are the exclusive property of The Scent Layer’s Lounge™. Unauthorized reproduction or distribution is strictly forbidden.
