1. Digital Products
All digital products, including eBooks, scent-layering guides, downloadable resources, and educational materials, are non-refundable due to their instant and irreversible nature.

2. Educational Services (Workshops, Consultations, etc.)
Refunds are not provided for completed services, including virtual workshops, consultations, or digital training sessions.
If you need to reschedule or cancel a booked session, please notify us at least 48 hours in advance to qualify for rescheduling or partial credit.

3. Physical Products (For Future Use)
When physical products such as perfumes or layering tools become available, the following will apply:
Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery for unused, unopened products only.
Items must be returned in their original packaging.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is defective or incorrect.
We do not offer returns or refunds for opened fragrance products due to hygiene and safety concerns.
